Chris Steiger - Managing Director 
A Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, Chris Steiger has held a number of senior 
positions with Australian Corporations including the provision of investment advisory services 
to a number of large institutions. Chris is heavily involved in the management of investment 
portfolios on  behalf of a number of key clients and has a strong product knowledge of 
property investment, business risk and its associated elements.

Michael Thorn - Director
Michael has held senior management positions across a range of industries, including facility 
management and logistics. Michael has been key in building up Vector from a small beginning. 
Michael's key ambition is to continue to develop Vector into a niche operator in Facility and Marine 
Services, offering a range of key value added services to our customers. Michael holds a Bachelor 
of Business and MBA.

Julian Dieckhaus - General Manager 
With extensive hands on knowledge in the asset management area, Julian brings a wealth of 
experience with all aspects of marine and facility management. He has held senior positions 
within the public listed company arena, managed accounts for Mobile Oil and has extensive 
waterfront knowledge. Julian is also a member of the business assocition of Australia and a 
previous director of the boating industry association of Victoria. Julian's major objective is to 
add value to those companys we deal with and believes customer service is paramount  to the 
success of Vector Facility Management.
